Pump Doctor has the capability and expertise to design and build medium size primary wastewater treatment plants.

Fusion Filtration Process.

Pump Doctor have developed a unique patented combination of pressurized Filtration with specially developed chemistry.

This combination has significant advantages other traditional wastewater processes allowing clarification and sludge dewatering to take place within the one device. The application of this patented technology applies to all industrial wastewater sources which contain entrained suspended solids.

The resultant benefits of this technology when compared to traditional technologies include:

  • Wastewater treatment plant capital investment reductions in the order of 60%.
  • Return on investment time frames reduce by 50%.
  • Possibility of waste sludge recycling or reuse by third parties.

Pump Doctor have a free Wastewater Auditing service that quickly and reliably generates a technical and financial viability report. The auditing process assess the suitability of the Fusion process or other more traditional wastewater equipment processes.

Wastewater charges for regional or urban wastewater authorities are steadily rising. In general, these charges have approximately doubled in the last 5 years. It is quite reasonable to assume these wastewater charges will continue to rise. Within the Pump Doctor wastewater auditing process increases in wastewater discharge costs are included to allow a realistic calculation of return on investment.
